Mark Would like to know where Anglo stands with ogx at this point in time
They are neither a unsecured or secured creditor and stand to lose all their capital to invested to date
Anglo largest shareholder who has invested capital in previous CR’s and $3m towards exploration JV
With all current talk of class actions etc
Wouldnt Anglo be at the forefront of investigations as a shareholder in its own right ??
Does Anglo feel that shareholders have been misrepresented in any way ? Does Anglo believe that serious investigations should take place ?? Can the shareholders group get Anglo on board ?? Any opinions welcome
