    That is a lot of new information to digest. I think I'm more confused than ever. This is certainly not how I envisioned the dual listing. In your opinion, do you think the scenario that was explained by NC is better for long term holders of AJX? Do you have any opinion regarding initial stock price following the listing on NYSE?Are you surprised at this strategy?
