From what I witnessed in the mining industry. A company just sitting on a resource drilling and not commencing mining (with no technical/business issues preventing it), means they are waiting for that resource to appreciate in value, (not the case with Lithium currently), or they are simply waiting to be taken over....
1. PLS are in the Pilbara. Many mining companies in the Pilbara. Many machines on Ix.
2. Resource is good hard-rock resource.
3. Port Hedland is nearby
4. Iron ore price still in the toilet.
5. Guess what could happen...
