You only have to look at the 2019 Federal election results, LNP mopped the floor with the ALP, it didnt translate to the same in the 2020 state elections. (granted things are a bit skewed atm with COVID)

I'll take your line on PR campaigns and say - In 2019, the LNP PR campaign was well run, whilst the ALP PR machine was a failure. That's the reason SLOMO is in power.
