These policies win votes, at the end of the day, reduction in tax puts money in pockets. Home builder guarantee saw first home owners over take investors buying in the housing market for parts last year. House prices increase off the back of supply not being able to meet demand, again tangible policy that home owners have felt the effects of.
Again these policies win elections, not twitter/social media run virtue signalling or vote pandering.
