ADY has the option to defer the Hawkswood October installment and pay more interest if it wishes. ADY also has the option to defer the repayment of the YA Global note at a cost of 1m per month if it wants. So if the credit squeeze is not over by the end of the month ADY has can squeeze through the credit squeeze as long as it don't go on for too long.
