How would one carry through with that concept in Iraq?
Saddam has doubles all over the place. He executes a few of them here and there, never spends two nights in the same place.
Even the women whom he has at each sleepover, more often than not the poor wretch is shot in the morning as well.
So the only chance one would get is if he were to come personally to this "theoretical" negotiating table.
He never will!
There really is no alternative other than to flush him out and I can't think of any other way except to take his military out and encourage the Iraqis to rise up against him.
The Rumanian people did it with Chichescu.
The Iraqis need help.............. Anyone out there with meaningful ideas?
