There's a lot of different things I could say, not going to repeat stuff, where you're missing very important parts of the bear case. A confident bull case needs to rebut these points too.
But point 7. sticks out like a sore thumb! This comment was made right before SGH front page news, and evening news, to effect: ultimatum from banks / verge insolvency / Chairman and MD should resign. Do you think there is anyone in Australia at moment in need of a lawyer who hasn't heard about this? What do you think SGH staff think reading this - with MD away n UK trying stop haemorrhaging there? What do you think is being said amongst entire legal fraternity in Australia now about Slaters?
