Not probably,definitely,if accc declares tpg sp will rise strongly,if accc does not declare tls will b above 5 in a heart beat ie ,maybe 2 weeks.imo only
tpg is gambling big time imo,not to forget any legal challenge if networks declared.And imo if courts confirm declaration forget any future investment in any sector in australia if successful.
ps my non legal opinion if declared accc will lose legally.and i repeat y tls said regulation must b 'exactly' the same as current regulation because they understand the weasel accc will try and start a process of declaration by selecting one region to begin with.
