OEL have up to 3 months to execute it.
If the options lapse, I assume it will be sooner rather than later.
It will be at up to 20% discount to the prevailing sp so regardless of who gets the shares, I think its likely to weigh on the sp in the meantime.
Maybe I'm wrong and the "raising discount" is already factored in.
We shall see.
