Its nearing the end of the year and as we have waited the whole year for updates that Leslie Chong stated 2024 would be rich with data.
Frankly its embarrassing for myself that I believed these people for so long.

I have looked up for myself the share price performance and leslies salary over the same period.

Its not only her salary that worries me. Its staggering to think that these people we employ are unaccountable to shareholders of which retailers are 70% of the holding.
Its also staggering to me that the remuneration report was accepted albeit with a 40% NO vote. the largest strike against their operations.

Where is the accountability. See below numbers
Leslies remuneration has increase over seven fold. If my salary increased seven fold I would expect results. It appears they all get their bonus yet the overall performance of the business has been terrible. No drugs to market in 8 years of Leslie Chong and 10 years of Paul Hopper yet they have both ended up quite wealthy.

I dont accept it. I voted against the remuneration report.

Now that they have taken $264m from Australian investors and have nothing to show for it and taken the Australian R&D tax breaks as well we are left with Imugene now touting to go to the USA for funds as they have poisoned the funding well in Australia.

Its fair to ask after spending $264m of shareholders funds, where is the fruit?
How do you justify such large salaries. Why wait for shareholders to revolt. Where is the internal management of salaries and remuneration and trying to hold themselves to account.

I have always liked the thought of investing in a cancer sure. The issue I have is we have very vocal directors promising the world and when the share price went up bragging about this, rewarding themselves yet when the share price went down, no adjustment to remuneration and no explanation to us long term shareholders.

This is not about any share losses I have profited on these shares as there are'nt any. This is about accountability and showing the same human decency to its shareholders that it shows to its patients. Without our funds no improvement in patent care can happen.

I feel disregarded and feel the contempt Leslie and Paul show us as shareholders as they provide no reasons for the reward of themselves before us as shareholders. The code says to maximise return to shareholders. I cant see it.
