If Stark has a weak case, it would have been a straight forward decision and the judge would have made a decision. The fact that it is taking such a long time show it is not a simple case.

IMHO, the longer the wait, the barometer shifts in the direction of Stark, not necessarily that Stark will win but rather it is not an easy case whoever wins.
