The tax rate you quoted is the 07-08 rate not the 08-09 rate

forget the free first $6,000 etc and just calculate
first $80,000 =$18,000
next $20,000 = $8,000 =40c per$
total tax due = $26,000
tax credits paid=$30,000
tax refund due =$6,000
Is this right?Please correct if wrong
