MYR is still the most shorted stock on the ASX,  If anything, the shorts have increased, now 17.56%

I think my argument stands. I cannot see that proportion of shorts closing out and riding the profit report as bohannon suggests.  There simply isn't enough stock available on the market to absorb their buying. Look at the action in the last few days when the ASX bounced around like a rubber ball - lots of short holders sold into that, with minimal impact.

I forecast a massive short-squeeze on even a moderate profit report. People will be running around calling whooocooodanode!

Hold on to something solid, the ride is about to get bumpy - or you can all have a giggle at my expense.
