It would appear many in the US have been buying the rumour (no rate hike); in a sense logical as market is only pricing a ~30% chance of liftoff this meeting. So, I can't see a big rise if no hike unless Janet hints at QE4, there may even be a selloff (sell the fact).
Needless to say a surprise hike could see a big selloff.
