Once again you go out of your way to suggest a process which commonly takes well over a year to reach the point where it can be searched and use the lack of access to pending patent application as an indicator that it doesn’t exist.

USPTO has a fine dashboard to give you an idea of the state of patents in the USA.

There’s are over 500,000 unexamined applications and the processing time to first office action is 15months.

So if you can demonstrate that patents are searchable inside 15 months then please do.
