What does not mean, "And now he can safely ...." ?
The two words "now" and "safely" in your post caught my attention.
Why only "now" ? Does that mean he has waited to be "loved" before he will put up any policies for debate ?
So, he now feels "safe" to release his policies. What happens if the poll turns against him, does that mena he will fell "not safe" and quickly withdraw his policies until he feels "safe" again ?
