The good news there is nothing much to manage as they don't have to produce anything except better technology/patents with the aim to get to 30% efficiency using CSIRO ,NIMS and Merck . Allowing for inflation I can not see that Dyesol would be aiming much under $2 a watt in the future .

The bulk of the money will come from royalty payments and licencing fees.

The only part of the company similar to the business model some of you have in your minds is Dyesol-Timo
But even though Dyesol own 51% they have one seat on the board and thats it.
All this for under $2 Million. The South Korean Gov must have put all the money up for the current production lines as Dyesol has not put anything into this at this point
