In October, Dyetec (Dyesol/Pilkington) applied for two US govt PV manufacturing grants - one state (Ohio, worth $1 million) and one federal (worth tens of millions). Both list January 2011 as the 'approximate' award date, thus we should get word of these decisions any day now.
It's kinda frustrating waiting around for these grants but I guess DYE and Pilkington have an obligation to their shareholders to apply for big handouts if they're on offer.
