For what it's worth, I think the storm may be just days away.

Back in October we were told DYE would announce details of the Pilkington glass (DyeTec) project by end-January. This timing's pretty credible given that we know for sure the US Government is scheduled to announce the outcomes of DyeTec's state and federal grant applications this month.

If the news is good, the SP could soon reach all-time highs. Austock values the glass project at $1.50/share and a big US company like Pilkington should generate a fair bit of media interest.

Keep an eye on the Ohio Third Frontier Photovoltaic Program website for the outcome of the $950,000 state govt grant proposal.

I can't find any details of DyeTec's federal govt grant application but I imagine it's applied for the Dept of Energy's "Photovoltaic Manufacturing Initiative" grant (DE-FOA-0000259) - worth between $33 and $100 million. Serious money!
