None of the shareholders now have $1mill worth of LUM. Once upon a time Rodd and his family had around $15mill worth. I understood the technology very well, however it seems like the rest of the world didn't think it is that crash hot. Durst paid around $400k for the sign and it cost LUM $2mill? Says it all really. Still no paid advertiser on it. Best thing this company could do is ditch the name and consolidate at 10:1. Get some contracts, buy out the small shareholders with unmarketable shares and sell a portion of the company to a cornerstone investor. Then buy another 2 companies similar to Vertigo and watch the companies market cap. start screaming up then. OBviously this would be a 3 year plan.
