It is a crying shame that a company that has quality assetts and as recent events have demonstrated, sound management has people like Ota who who try and drag it down. Dont people like this realise that it is they that is dragging the company down.

Ota's obsession with dilution shows a destinct lack of expertice. How else do companies such as GWR fund their exploration and development. The GWR management were recently able to place stock at a premium to market price, which in the current market is great achievement. Ota also goes on as if the the stock that the shareholders approved at the EGM has already been placed, has he considered that this may not happen it just gives the company the ability to do it.

Finally does Ota look at what other companies have done in respect to capital raising. How many shares do FMG Gindalbie, Murchison metals, Midwest Corp etc have on issue
