    UTTER crap.
    For over two years no one has been able to bring in (skilled labour) That is the number one reason why the numbers are as they are.

    Several companies i work with/in have just recently been able to sponsor Filipinos one lot of 30 on working holiday 6 month visa's so they can screw the workers with little risk .The other company another 30 on 482 visa's.
