Howard's attitude of defending Abbott shows that he feels it doesn't matter that his health minister has zero integrity. It doesn't matter that the man who is in charge of mental health in this country can ride rough shod over the sensibilities of those Australians who have faced or succumbed to suicide.
What does matter to this piece of filth is having an ally against his potential nemesis, Costello. God help this country. For too long this little man Howard has taken this country down with him in his race to the bottom. The unholy dollar, the "relaxed and comfortable feeling" of a hip pocket loaded with cash have blinded and seduced the majority into docile acquiescence as Howard usurps our democracy and our human decency. This man is really filth.
