re: howard shows contempt for australians
Whilst speaking about sincerity .....

The Daily Telegraph that was printed before news of Brogden's suicide bid, carried the front page headline: "Brogden's Sordid Past".

This is what Federal Health Minister Tony Abbott, who is close to Howard, called the media ..... "ruthless". He goes on with .... "Politicians give each other no quarter, the media are relentless, intrusive, ruthless and insensitive and frankly the public are very judgmental".

BUT within twelve hours of Brogden's attempted suicide, he is part of this bully gang making disgusting jokes about it himself.
