I get that, thats the basic risk you take when shorting.
Once again explain how "A MAJOR SHAREHOLDER" that is also shorting the stock can be FORCED into buying back.
They can't as on the other hand they hold the stock, worst case scenario they use their stock to repay the stock loan and are not forced into buying back, they just have a reduced holding.
