(this is regarding the ATM contracts)
its a personal opinion and a wild guess.
Gary's email pointed out they have rejected a few contracts as they are not suitable and they are still in discussion with other banks. they are basically running around looking for the best deals they can find (which is great). at some point they will have to take on a contract (hopefully soon).
i don't think anything is coming up any time soon. a few month ago we where in a very similar position and waited for month for an announcement and where very disappointed with the results. hopefully this time its the goal we been waiting for.
