Have another read of the MOU announcement dated 01/05/2014 below. Note, we're almost approaching two months since the MOU was announced.

The market may not have warmed up as to what TSN's strategy involves in the mobile-commerce space in India as yet, and just how massive and far reaching this business model could be, however, should TSN & Salt sign a definitive JV commercial agreement, the tie up could be transformational. NFC technology is gaining a LOT of traction and the real growth with this technology hasn't even begun yet. Salt is one leading edge technology company, experts in the NFC space, who are looking to aggressively expand their footprint across Asia. JV'ing with TSN may very well be the synergistic fit that will propel both companies to unimaginable heights. Talk about leverage! I'm very much on the edge of my seat, buying and waiting patiently for the outcome.
