Most of the posters are simply enjoying the fact that Nuix is going down. And come up with statement like going to zero, crashing down, why it still trading? Insider trading allegations on individuals is distinct from the company; so bad as it is, its nothing compared to financial wrongdoing against the company. So if Nuix CFO knowingly misled the financial reporting via non compliance of accounting standards then who knows whats the valuations of this company should be? i'll be looking extensively today all the publicly available reporting to arrive at my own conclusion and if i find any discrepancies, then i'll be cutting my losses. CFO made statements in investor presentation "Nuix billing over its life time is close to billion dollars"; they might manipulate revenue but hard to manipulate cash so that's the part i'll be focusing on. To all the believers and holders, be pragmatic and non emotional about this and to non holders getting kick out of Nuix fall, best of luck on your current investment. Regardless of governance issues; Nuix product is good and i'm just hoping this is just limited to few bad apples within the company.
