The allegations raised by ASIC and AFP must have contained sufficient substance for a Federal Court judge to impose travel restrictions until October on the former CFO. Hopefully as this matter moves forward there will be a little more clarity to enable the market to differentiate between the alleged malfeasance by the DOYLE trio and the business itself. I do hope the in the event that the allegations against the individuals are proved that AFP/ASIC have acted on a timely basis pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime Act to nail down assets for seizure.
The product that Nuix has developed is somewhat novel and has scaleable market potential for law enforcement (a very useful tool in an investigators toolbox) intelligence and commercial applications within the corporate world.I just hope that the Nuix board has the integrity, courage and intestinal fortitude to clean this mess up!
