The travel restriction would have been easy to gain once the sale order was placed by Mr Doyle. That provides 'reasonable suspicion' which is all you require to begin a criminal investigation. Law enforcement will no doubt be conducting a forensic review of all communication between the family members etc. to establish a pre-meditated intent to commit the crime. Maybe the Doyle's recognised a good price and didn't want to be too greedy and watch it continue to $20 ahaha, and decided to buy a penthouse a Pyrmont etc....the excuses will be provided. Will the excuses stand-up - probably not. Remember Bond losing his memory??
