    Well we now have a mail out coming from Mr Warris on the yellow form.

    Given Mr Warris has told us 'I felt it necessary to to provide you with a pre completed yellow proxy form voting AGAINST each of the 5 resolutions', I have a question...

    Who is paying for this? Is it Mr Warris himself or Empire Oil and Gas NL?
