You are spot on thats exactly what they said at the4 meating they needed to act fast and fast they did to remov e any uncertainty that artemis will go ahead ---that is why they did the capital raising to do a retail would have taken over 3 to 4 weeks ---not enough time it was a good decision by the board ---I was at the AGM that was their answer
