the making of a multi bagger

I have to say , i have had a while to ponder the story of this little oiler that constantly punches above its weight .
Everytime this company has seemed on the brink of bankruptcy it pulls a rabbit out of the hat.
This to me is more than a management thats is involved in drilling for and ulitimately produces oil and gas which it surely does ,but a number of individuals that would succeed not just in this sector but would exceed in any area of business. This is a hard business sector to be involved in , it's tough , it's not glamorous ,but if one does succeed beyond all odds , when ,even when all the geological and environmental gods gather together if as one to decimate a hapless punters portfolio, then we, the lucky few will shake our fist at our doubters and proclaim to the investing world that we were the believers in the impossible.
