Looks like Mac Bank still exiting. Not party to their motives but for me the sinkhole is not an issue. Still playing out in line with projections which would not even engulf the nearest houses but acknowledge a worst-case dome collapse as a remote risk which might even then play out over a long time - and these sands are deep.
In the meantime Desiree presents a platform for a step change in value and performance. Should put cash flow worries in the past but for the short term still a minor concern - maybe Petrodome will take oil instead of cash for completion lol.
Still unsettling to see a big and informed shareholder bale but if Mac Bank are selling I`m buying.
