lol, a new court case to accuse someone of corruption without any evidence. I hope the judge reads this (and other coverage) and realises that the anti groups are just pursuing all legal possible means that could be challenged in the vain hope of getting lucky with one on a quantity over quality approach.
I agree with them in one thing though - there are definitely irregularities, Lynas have been put through way more than legally required, and this shouldn't have happened. Would be funny if that's what the court concludes and they slap smsl with a heavy fine :). Maybe a dollar per failed law suit they have initiated... That's soon getting up there!
