l think we would all agree all seem ok with the raw material, and the rocks are ok to freight in trucks and then the ships etc, but there is no real detail about the processing and waiste, the concerntrated chemicals that are required to extract the rare earth product, and in my opinion, this is where all the smoke and mirrors are played ,lve watched the utube postings and the malasian papers and our own media ,and this is the crusial piece of information that will determain the outcome, this is what the locals around the LAMP project, are asking for, and anyone that has worked in the mining game ,know its a dirty game , its dusty, the water holding areas are toxic and stink, thats why we have them so far from city areas and at the end of the day the waste from the process has to go somewhere, and thats what the locals want to know, where is that somewhere!!! the laws for transporting the waste are very diffrent to the original raw material, many people in the area live off the land, l dont think the wages are a the reason we went to malaysia, l thought it was the financial consessions the Maly. Govt gave Lynas to set up the project, and the close association of a deep port.
