Both ASIC and ASX Regulators have been incredibly quiet over this terrible mess.
They must accept some responsibility
Continuous disclosure to the market is either enforced by regulators or it's simply a absolute JOKE!! and people like Michael King will continue to flaunt the requirements and investors will be irrepairably dmstuu. (major off balance sheet loans, huge margin loans undisclosed etc etc)
