I too think that McCrae should go, in fact I posted as much two years ago, but you can imagine how that was received - my belief is that you need the McCrae's of this world to initiate things but once they have, they should be taken round the back and.... then someone competent in the actual world of commercial mining and mindful of the delicacies of the market and its institutions be put in place to steer the company in order that it might flower to its greatest advantage - and what did we get instead? - it's hard to steer a ship through a permanent fog of regret and CDU has thus come up onto the rocks.....
