The management must go

From the my recent enquiries to the company, this is what I heard:
“The core problem of this company came from MB's personal debt, and it was the initiative for him to float the IPO so increase the ability to pay off debts

Now The only thing and the motivation He and his old fella directors do and have, is stay in the position and reimburse their costs, they give zero fk to the benefits of shareholders. All the weather and market conditions are pure excuses and we can see it makes no sense that the company could make such loss in the normal trade. The voyage loss is highly suspicious.
The only way for this company to survive is to change the management, all the cattle prices thing are not even a problem. The company will not go bankruptcy or administration but it will dilute shareholders value by selling more assets or CR, all depends on how long the old management team will stay keep trashing the company.
Some of determined major shareholder will try to turn things around but shareholders must be on the same page - if our shareholders willing to stay and make our voice. ”

In my opinion, this scenario is way beyond my expectation, who would thought the water is this deep and management so heartless.
even if the major shareholders are determined to change the change but we don't know for how long and how much we will be further diluted, even if it finally happened but the return might not even worth the risk.
