    It has risen this morning - although its falling abck

    That 200K person might be someone just playing games with the stock - all legal you just gotta ignore it and look at other factors - only now up 0.5c a quick early rise and then more selloff when news is lacking. That said it could enter oversold and then re entry for a quick trade might be another tactic later on.
