but it terrifies me to think what the social structure of the world will become when it happens.

It's all well and good for me to think I'll be better off because I own gold and silver. Of what use will it be if I cannot venture outside the 4 walls I've protectively secured?

Midas died after molten gold was poured down his throat. Gold wasn't much good to him in the end.

I hope the fate of we bugs will be better.
