Hi Garmel,
IMP is nearly cash flow positive now with their current production. This new acquisition will increase revenues by more than 250k per quarter (on base case 1P reserves-without expected upgrades) which will easily make them cash flow positive IMO.
Furthermore, the marcellus shale is up there with the top natural gas plays in the world!
Once due diligence is completed and reserves are confirmed IMP will be re-rated IMO!?!
