CSDL abortion: 22 weeks is the limit, it is no longer safe after that - so your statement about an abortion at 8 months - or 1 day before birth, is utter nonsense - it would only ever be attempted if either mother or child were at grave risk and then the baby would be put into a humicrib, anway.
I not just believe, but know a woman has the right to determine whether she wants an abortion or not - I was lucky, I never had to make that decision, but also know that very few women would feel they want to abort a child so late into a pregnancy - unless there is a grave illness of either mother or child.
