after the merger 1/2 shareholders (oxr) and other 1/2 (zfx).
Long term holders: oxr possibly are in at a lower price compared to zfx holders . In any takeover this will imo cause some grief to any offer presented. I couldn't specultate what would be the price need for a successfull T/O but anything below $5 would struggle.

Anyhow why sell or even contemplate selling. Nothing goes up in the sharemarket forever.There will always be times of volatility in the market. Best to ignore for the short term and come back in about a year and see how things are going( Unless you are a v/short term trader)
