I have a friend who built one of those new spec homes by the water in the hope Oakagee will be going ahead. Isn't it true they have just postponed the decision not actually canned the whole project?
My friend was lucky and secured a government lease for 3 years but when that is over he admits he will be receiving far less rent.
As for Rangeway - just had a look. Crazy, a dump on a big block for $150K, as you said yes, you would have to be brave. Even at that price I can't see much CG if a lot of these spec homes are dying in the arse.
