does the market like uncertainty. So both the legal case and the (perceived or real?) uncertainty of the outcome of this legal case very obviously do make shareholders of EMS nervous. Some respond by selling, naturally. Others (if/when the sp gets low enough) might respond by buying more EMS stock. Wonder what potential buyers would view as "low enough" ?? Any chartists know the answer to that one?
