This is one of my earlier posts when the SP was much higher.
I hope some of you heeded the warning
We don't know which side has the more credible case. But you are invested in a company that may IMO become defunct if it comprehensively loses the title to PW and has to pay both sides of the legal action. I am not saying that is going to happen. I don't know. But IMO that is one hell of a risk. And that is my point. I have no more idea than anyone if SPX has a good defence? But the risk!!! IMO watch out.
