I can see how this is whats happened with VMC management. exactly the scenario you have painted. And it will most likely have exactly the same outcome as your old company did . LOSING!
Yes I can see it now , legal reps telling VMC they have a watertight case and to go for it. Lol
Legals always win as they are the only ones who always get paid!
