The fact you find it necessary to jump on this forum to alert us all to the inherent risks involved in investing in a speculative gold play --- with pending legal doom upon it/us .... speaks more about how nervous you are with your investment than SPX holders ...
Might be worth conducting your own investigations before telling us to watch out .....
